Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not ship to international destinations or PO Boxes at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is 100% free on all orders across the United Kingdom. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements.

How long will it take to get my order?

  • Processing time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Delivery time: Once shipped, your package will arrive within 3–5 business days.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Orders & Cancellations

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

  • Within 24 hours: Yes. Email us at wecare@sqoover.com for a full, immediate refund.
  • After 24 hours: If your order has already been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for delivery and follow our standard return process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and secure digital payment methods available at checkout. All payments are processed through encrypted gateways.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unridden, unassembled, and in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories included.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

  • Faulty or damaged items: No. We cover 100% of the return shipping cost.
  • Change of mind (after 24 hours): Yes, the customer covers the fee. We provide a pre-paid return label and the fixed cost is deducted from your final refund.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 3 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Product Safety & Assembly

Do the scooters or ride-ons require assembly?

Some items, like our multi-mode scooters, may require minor assembly. No specialised tools are needed, and a clear step-by-step instruction manual is included in every box.

Do your toys require batteries?

Most of our collection — including wooden toys and balance scooters — focuses on active play and does not require batteries. Please check the specific product page for exact details.
